Day 4 gave us a chance to look around the farm.
Wattle Downs is a working Merino Stud so there were plenty of sheep to be seen.
They were in the process of preparing some for a show. This involved manually removing burrs and rubbish from the wool. Obviously a long and labour intensive business.
Since we had managed to drink our hosts out of beer and wine a trip was taken to Tara to bring back supplies.
I also took Debbie for a photograpic sortie over Wattle Downs to add to their collection of aerial photos from the 60's to the present day.
Despite the plan for a rest day we still did a reasonable amount of flying!
