Day 10  The final day began with a pre-departure breakfast at the Shute Harbour Airport. The cafe there  put on a great cooked breakfast for us. 

From Shute Harbour we tracked pretty much coastal to Townsville and then to Cairns.  As we got closer to home the party divided with some stopping  in Townsville for the day or night, some tracking overhead Townsville and a couple only  stopping for fuel.

As in a lot of the SMB trips the final day was a bit of an anti-climax.   But we all got home and are already pplanning for SMB 2005.
