Getting Home!
Unfortunately, every trip has to have the leg home.  We managed to get away fairly early. As usual Kerry was long gone before the rest of us even got to the airstrip.  We haven't worked out how to slow him down yet!  The rest of us had time for some photo shoots before the first leg to Normanton to refuel.

Normanton Airport.
A quick stop to refuel.  As we arrived Murray was departing for an early appointment with the Mareeba Warbirds "Fly Past". Garrick had stayed on for another day so there's no more pics of the helicopters. The tone of the page is going down!!

As seems to be customary with us - As we got closer to home the weather closed in.  Cairns has seen dry weather for months and the weekend we go away it changes!  From about Chillagoe onwards the cloud got thicker and the rain showers started.
But everyone got in without too much trouble.
